About the place: 2bdroom On St Marks b/w 1 and 2nd. Really great place. Very big living room and I am asking 1475 + util , I will be paying more for bit bigger apartment. Your room has big closet and fits queen bed and desk. There is obvious cost (1+ 1 month rent) + deposit before you move in .

me : Male, work 9-6pm. I am usually out on weekends and keep it pretty low key in my place.

I am looking for someone who is quiet, respects privacy and can pay bills on time (which means someone who works) and doesn't bring the party home. Let me know if you are interested.
