[TOMT] Rock song with "Parker Get In Here" shouted out at various times in it. Perhaps 10 years old.

Title says it all. Heard it on the local campus radio perhaps 10 years ago and it's always bugged me not knowing who it was by. Rocking little song too. Tried Google to no avail. Ring a bell with anyone?
