This commercial needs to run in California right now
With a drug dealer thanking people who voted no on prop 19, thanking them for continuing his 13 billion dollar a year market. Thanking them for giving him money to buy guns, more drugs, and recruits. And while this is playing have names of the people who have died because of the marijuana black market scroll down.
Every time I watch a debate on TV the person defending marijuana is trying to say its economical to legalize and the drug is harmless. While the person on the other side, spews things that generate emotions, such as; more drivers high, more kids high, more gangs etc. While some people eat up the facts by legalizers; other eat up the emotions of the person attacking marijuana. Why can't we fight back with a more emotional rhetoric? Instead of calmly arguing back.
TL;DR: Marijuana prohibition is deadly; this point needs to be driven home with emotion!
