I really need help on my PvZ

I don't know, maybe I'm playing wrong but I can't seem to do an army trade that works in my advantage. I can't counter anything. And if I do anything but rush in the beginning I get over-run with roaches... or i rush in as fast as i can and i get over-run with roaches. I really need help here is my last match against a zerg on jungle basin: http://replayfu.com/r/fTRsBq . It seems that if the zerg is even a decent player I lose no matter what. The only games I've seem to won are ones where I caught them off guard or they just didn't know how to play and massed minerals like it was their business.

Update: Thanks for all the advice. I do realize that my macro was lacking but I've found that if I don't get up a fast cybercore I get run over by 7 roaches because all I have are probes and possibly 2 zealots... Is there a balance? I'd really like to see some post patch replays because timings are way off since last patch. I've tried fast expand to boost my econ but that gets stomped right away too. After work I'll post a few more replays that highlight a macro game I've tried... And in the event that I can't find one I'll shut up and play.
