Filemaker Graph Creation Help?

I'm trying to put a graph in my FP11 database. I have several hundred records, each which has a whole number associated with it, between 1 and about 50. I'd like a bar graph showing the number of records with each of these numbers. Sometimes finds will be performed limiting the number of numbers present, so the graph should not always have 1-50 on the X axis. How do I perform the count to figure out how many records have each of these numbers?
