DAE suffer from eczema? And what do you do about it?

Hey Reddit. So maybe some of you are in the same boat as me. I've got eczema from my arms down to my legs, and it's getting so bad that it's very noticeable where visible, so obviously it's a bit embarrassing.

So I'm sure someone else has got eczema on reddit. What do you do to help it? Buy special soaps/moisturizers? If so, what kind? Any weird wives' tales I could try? I'll seriously try anything if it's worked for you guys.
