What about the changelings' faces?
I understand that Odo's face is an imitation of the scientist that "raised" him and that he's not really good at human noses or ears (yet, c.f. the episode when the Defiant strands on a planet that's ahead in time and future Odo meets with present Odo)
What I don't understand is why all the other changelings' faces look like Odo's. Let's for a moment forget that some are quite talented in creating human features, even disguising as other people to the point no one can tell a difference. Odo isn't the first humanoid form the changelings see - nor are humans or bajorans. Why don't the changelings imitate the Vorta or the Jem'Hadar or whatever humanoid species they found first? Is it to please Odo?
