Isn't it messed up how there are no foreign bases on US soil?

We have bases all over the world. Can you imagine if there was a foreign base on our soil? People would go freaking NUTS. Especially us insane southerners. Why is everyone OK with us having bases in other countries but not our own?

Edit: look at this scary map. wow. Can you imagine if there were 50,000 Japanese people on base here somewhere?
