Seattle for the weekend. Neighbourhoods to check out, great restaurants? What would you suggest?

Heya, I've been to Seattle numerous times (I live in Vancouver). I've seen all the typical stuff, just wondering what I've missed. Any good neighbourhoods for interesting shopping, eating etc... Anything of interest going on Saturday night?
