Scrolling through PDF's in Chrome's built-in pdf viewer?

Hi, I'm wondering if I'm the only one having this issue. The only way I can scroll a pdf using the built-in plugin is to drag the scrollbar on the right side (or bottom, same deal). My arrow keys, the scrollbars on my trackpad, and the Thinkpad clit mouse + middle click do nothing wrt scrolling the pdfs. This is killing me; does anyone know if this is a common problem, or if there is a solution/workaround?
