Ok, odd request, but how would you translate the one-liner:

"Anything that is unrelated to elephants is irrelephant."

Just not sure how to translate and keep the comedic pun since "irrelephant" isn't a word. Sorry for the seemingly dumb request....any help greatly appreciated!
