Thoughtful questions.

Hey Reddit. I work at a very high quality cafe. Our tip system is interesting in that we ask a question (preferably with two distinct answers) and people put tips in one of two tins to answer. However it is hard to think up new thoughtful questions often enough. So please post ideas and then discuss the ideas and you will have a discussion and I will have questions.
