Dear California, I am sorry I didn't vote.
I didn't vote.
I live in California. I go to school in a district from my home. I wasn't able to vote, and I didn't have the foresight to register my current address as the mailing address. My dad forwarded me my ballot, and it came the day before the election.
It's because of people like me that elections do not go in the direction the majority intends.
I will never miss another election. I've been brainstorming ways of getting people like me to vote. I was thinking that next year I'd get together some sort of a carpool. Or maybe volunteer somewhere that gets people registered. Who knows. I'm a royal fuck up.
Thanks for reading.
