"Bark Off"? WTF?

I didn't know where else to post this because I'm like a [10] so sorry if I post in wrong area.

Anyway I was vaping a little bit ago with my friend and we were watching TV and this ad for "Bark Off" comes on the TV. It just looks cruel to the cats and dogs. Does it bother anyone else that there is a product like this?

edit: I forgot to post the vid. Whoops. link
