Why don't more men use sex toys, e.g. Fleshlight?

Women practically flaunt their vibrators in public. Most men don't own any toys for themselves or are too embarrassed to admit it. But if men are more into sex, shouldn't men have closets full of toys, dolls and vibrating butt plugs?
