Weird issue with OnePlus 7T Pro: Screen not responsive when at below 20% brightness
I've received my OnePlus 7T Pro today and have suffered from the weirdest issue which I can't explain! When the screens is at low brightness (say below 20%), the screen is completely non-responsive after unlocking the phone. You can tap anywhere on the screen and it doesn't work. Using OK Google to turn up brightness will make the phone work again. Super weird!
Have this come up before? If there isn't a quick fix I would be tempted to return the phone ASAP just in case this is some kind of hardware issue.

Man that sucks....
What if you plug in the phone when it's below 20%? Does it respond then?
I'm expecting my 7T pro any minute. I hope it works properly...
Unfortunately it also doesn't respond even when the phone is plugged in if the screen brightness isn't increased. I haven't found anyone else with this issue - I hope you don't suffer from it either!
