This recruit seems to come around often because I remember that carry rating. Don’t get hit too hard scrambling

You want a QB with high throw power more than accuracy. Accuracy goes up 3-5 per year in training, but power goes up 1 if you're lucky.

Yeah this qb is gonna hit a wall in year 2. +2-3 overall every offseason thereafter.

I can tell you from experience this recruit makes it to 99 by year 4 nearly every time. I’ve had multiple of them and they have all made it to 99 at some point in their 4-5 years

Fair enough, I’m sure a lot of that depends on game time and subsequent awareness rating improvement. I’ve had guys be 96 in their RS sophomore year. Either way I still wouldn’t want this qb when I could have a guy with more throw power which is much more important imo.

I ran a sim dynasty and had 3 on a roster at the same time. They all made it to 99. At one point the older two were 99 and the redshirt freshman was at 91. They come in handy depending on play style, yes. But throw accuracy is far more important than throw power. Once you reach 85 throw power not much changes. Strength actually plays a more important part than throw power at that point. It affects the launch angle and the speed the ball makes it to the receiver. Once you reach 85 overall throw power you can’t throw the ball any further.

Never noticed this. But that’s cool just like real life where elite arm strength and talent is harder to come by

"Pretty good for a running back"

Lamar Jackson at Louisville has entered the chat

I purposely look for those QBs in my dynasty. Usually one comes around every 2 years. Just have to scout and find him

That’s a west coast QB for sure. You could hit slants for days with that guy 😂

Dink and dunks all day.

Man that throw power is for sure lacking though. Talk about getting picked off on under throws his whole career

You can have a 99 arm strength and the cpu will not let you throw a ball over their head in man without a user.

People here don't seem to have the lowdown, and i get it but over on operation sports it was tested extensively and Tha is still more important than Thp. Thp does NOT decide hiw far you can throw. It decides how FAST the ball gets to the target. 85 was decided to be the bare minimum for making the throws and at this rating you can do everything a 99 Thp van. What actually matters for QBs quite a bit is Str. Str dictates the arcs and projections a throw has. To low Str and balls don't take good angles and hang over defenders. High 60s to 80s Str and you will see better throws. 67-80 Str and 85 Thp will throw better than less than high 60s Str and 99 Thp. This 83 Thp and 96 Tha is better than reversing them but lacking because of low Str.

I would run PA Boot 100% of the time lol

Not a fan of that one. THP too low. My favorite is the 94 THP/87 THA pocket passer. My second favorite is the light skinned guy who ranges from 5-11 to 6'3 usually under 200 lbs with 96/82. Third favorite is the 92/85 pocket guy - often has a beard and mustache. Fourth is the Cam Newton type recruit. After that there's a few that are acceptable

Is that Tua?

I thought had a cannon. No?

Eh yeah throw power could be higher, but as a recruit not too bad probably.

Tua, is that you? 😂😂

Just curious, because i play on Heisman with QB at 5 so 96 THA would be very welcoming what are the typocal height and sizes of this QB? Specific facial looks or colors? People that play on easier sliders can get away with lower THA but 96 to even 92 is a HUGE difference at QB 5.
