Can you use Web Hooks to notify on Pull Request Comment?
We recently set up an internal chat server and are using WebHooks to post messages to our chat channels on specific events in TFS using the service hook setup. Currently I can find events for Pull Request Creation, Pull Request Merge Commit and Pull Request Update. Unfortunately I can't seem to find a web hook for when comments are posted to a PR. We are on TFS 2018 (16.122.27102.1). We are using RocketChat, so we are relying on the WebHooks (Slack is not an option unfortunately). Am I missing something, or is there another way to do this?

Currently service hook for pull request comment is not supported, please refer to Azure DevOps Services service hooks events for all the available service hooks events in Azure DevOps.
However, there has already a suggestion ticket been submitted to request the feature : Service hook for pull request comment
You could go and vote it up to help achieve that feature in future release.
