Help choosing a job for post graduation

To preface I have job offers from both places, i’m not one of the people on here dreaming. The first is CDW in their non profit division and the second is orthopedic trauma with Johnson and Johnson. Both obviously have their pros and cons but was looking for some more tenured advice.

CDW is great and obviously has huge potential to lead somewhere else or grow inside the company. The pay is awful and a grind on the phones.

Johnson and Johnson pays much better and would be for an associate position in outside med device sales. AKA follow around the guy who works on commission and absorb as much as possible, get your own territory in 3ish years. On call a lot and much more travel in outside saleS
