Having problems w/ settings & music pack not playing.

Hey, I've been having problems with settings resetting every time I close paladins. Another problem I have is with the remix music pack I bought yesterday. It won't play in-game/match for long stretches of time, then randomly play for about 10 seconds. Anyone have a fix for these bugs? Much appreciated!
