A better question would be is your story good enough for webtoon? Because, while your art is good, I have come across webtoon with stupendous art and colouring that failed because they didn't have a good story.

Very cute and simple, yet everything has enough detail to be recognizable and look good. I would definitely read this based on looks alone 😊

Yes especially if you can avoid the google sketup backgrounds A lot of artists resort to due to time constraints.
