5-star him and you’ll love the surprise!

I five starred him, I don't recall getting anything but a star for my leg

And a giant hologram...

I've seen the hologram in the wild without 5 staring him as well.

Anything level 2 you can either choose music, a phrase, or a hologram next to it.
You can pick the hologram next to level 2 structures.

I wish the distance to see holograms was bigger. This one would be like a lighthouse

You get a >!hologram for Tallneck!<
Place a structure and upgrade it to level 2, costumize it by choosing your new >!Tallneck hologram!< and watch it appear.

Yes. You’ll find it’s easy to put the pieces together once you get 3+ stars with him.
Wait this guy works at Guerrilla? Man I love this game.
He did. Now President of SIE Worldwide
Oh shoot I remember reading about that. I knew he looked familiar when I made the first delivery there, but I didn’t know why.
I've seen all the holograms, 5 star currently. I just couldn't place his face for so long, found Guerilla's twitter and they tagged him in it.
