[Diplomats ] [Torture Tactics] Escalated new type of brain zapping because they fear I will see Dr Hoffer.
Last week, I arrived in South Florida. My trip to Florida was for several reasons including being examined by Dr Hoffer. Dr Hoffer wrote a paper on his examination of the diplomats.
Enroute to Florida and the first week being in FL, I was severely tortured. Initially, I believed it was completely due to a change of torturers. Torturers are local. In the same state or adjacent state. The power density of the attacks and frequency of attacks differ from state to state. Probably differ from country to country.
Radio quiet zone does not have torturers residing in West Virginia. They are at a Naval base in Norfolk, Virginia. Military chemtrail planes fly from Norfolk to the military fly zone. The RQZ is in the military fly zone. Military chemtrail planes are equipped with DEW. They attack. The military is very territorial. I am more tortured in zone 5 in Virginia than zone 5 in West Virginia.
Out loud I asked why the torture was escalated. I do not hear voices. I asked them to laser my right hand for yes and laser my left hand for no. I listed the reasons I traveled to Florida. No response. Later, I asked again. No lasering of my hands. I asked out loud for an email. No emails.
I had wanted to read and repost the rest of TI Data and Documents website before it was hacked. After I reposted the website host's examination by Dr Hoffer, the torture was further escalated.
I realized the intention of the escalated torture commencing enroute to Florida was to mind control me not to see Dr Hoffer. I offered not to see Dr Hoffer if they stopped giving me a reason to see him. Meaning if they ceased brain zapping, I would not need to see a doctor. The torturers did not reduce their escalation of brain zapping and leg burning.
Not having my rock crate set up, I could not shield my brain while sleeping. I shipped to Florida heavy weight basalt rocks in seven large flat rate boxes. The basalt rocks are from North River campground in West Augusta, Virginia. Only six boxes arrived. One box had been opened, basalt rocks stolen and replaced with a very place sheet of plastic. Post office refused to give a claim form for the missing 7th package. I was instructed to call the post office which the tracking number shows where it is at. Package never left west Virginia. Not enough rocks for a rock crate. I should have shipped a back up supply of rocks.
I purchased crates and bungee cords at Home Depot. Even if all the rocks had arrived, I did not have time to rent a bedroom. Nor was a large SUV who's rear seat folds down available to rent. Only intermediate SUVs and largest car is an intermediate. The torturers stole my Hertz file folder which had a Hertz coupon. I booked a bed in a hostel. I cannot erect a rock crate.
Thus, I offered not to see Dr Hoffer. However, they persisted in injuring my brain. This week was the worst brain zapping. I believe they intend to induce cognitive impairment to wipe out Dr Hoffer from my memory.
Last night while sleeping for the first time, simultaneously heavy pressure on the top of my brain, jaws and brainstem. Then vibration of the whole body especially the brain in addition to the heavy pressure and hearing the hum. Blood flow from side to side. Dizziness. Headache all day. Slight Short term memory loss. Swollen eyes. Eye ache. Further hearing loss. Voices sound more muffled.
On regression analysis, the only feature which kept its significant difference between the two cohorts was acute intense head pressure (P = 0.007). The domains with similar occurrence ratios included dizziness, headache, light sensitivity, hearing reduction, and tinnitus.
I have all of the above symptoms.
Two nights ago while sleeping, heavy pressure on top of brain and brainstem and strong fast vibration of entire body. Sleep paralysis of upper body. Took half a hour to move my arms to arise.
Three nights ago while sleeping with a motorcycle helmet on, heavy pressure on top of brain and vibration of entire body. This occurred nightly since I started traveling to Florida.
Vibration of the upper body is Dr Persinger's "rocking the baby."
Vibrations cause nonrestorative sleep, pins and needles, oxidative stress, premature aging and insomnia. The vibrations wake me up several times each night every night. Sleep deprivation. In the radio quiet zone, the vibrations are from stray voltage and attack underneath the body. Outside of the radio quiet zone, vibrations attack the top of the body. Do the vibrations come from 5G satellites or stray voltage?
While awake very frequent infrasounding of the brain to repress unapproved thoughts. Approximately over 35 times per day. Often for thoughts that are trivial and irrelevant. The torturers make it appear that they are repressing thoughts each time but often the attacks to my brain are random. Fewer attacks to rest of my body other than constant burning of my legs and stomach and the hum.
I would complain out loud and ask why my brain was just zapped. I argue out loud that I was never tortured before for thinking about whatever I was thinking about.
When the torturers do not like my behavior, they increase burning of legs and infrasound my brain. Lasering of ear drum, anus or urethra just a few times a day. My brain is attacked the most to repress thoughts and behaviors. In comparison to prior years, from 2015 to beginning of 2019, of frequent lasering of other body parts. Brain was rarely attacked while awake.
While typing this heavy pressure on the of brain and pulsing the top of the brain. Hum became louder.
This week's torture has convinced me to donate my brain to the Concussion Legacy Foundation.
I was knocked out after posting this incomplete post. Immediately I was knocked out again. Heavy pressure on top of the brain during unconsciousness and after regaining consciousness.
Afterwards, very strong and fast vibration of my upper body and pulsing at the entire back of my head. The rock scarf partially shielded my brainstem.

The day after submitting this post, the torturers are still giving me heavy pressure on the top of the head, headache and lasering of my stomach. Therefore, I made an appointment to see Dr Hoffer on Wednesday, January 6th. I am on the waiting list for any cancellations to be seen sooner.
Dr hHoffer requires a hearing test no older than six months for the first appointment. My first and second hearing tests are 1 and 2 years old. University of Miami is booking hearing tests in February. I will ask my ENT doctor out of state to order a follow up hearing test.
