Does anyone get sensation from invisalign at night?
I am on 2nd tray out of 14 and it has been very tough going. I do ok during day time but the main issue is no sleep at night. I thought initially it was dry mouth that was keeping me up however I get burning sensation at night too (in lips and mouth) when I am a couple of hours into sleep. Lozenges does help with it but somehow I still can't get regular sleep. Plus I don't want to be dependent on lozenges, chapsticks for ever.
Strangely I wake up several times for peeing too now when there is actually very little but I have to go (I do drink max water during day time and not so much before bed).
It's been almost 4 weeks and I am still struggling badly with night sleep. Is there any hope they will go, specially the dry mouth and burning sensation? Can I expect a full night sleep at one go ever?
