Im flying form the us to the philippines for the first time soon. How strict is tsa on food/a balikbayan.

Ive never left the country before and am flying eva. I cant find a clear list of rules online on what items i cant bring so im stressed ive packed something thats not allowed without knowing. Anyone had trouble with tsa and what was it for?
