VR Build, $2500 Max Budget

###Build Help/Ready:

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)

Yes!

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

Gaming: VR, high settings on favorites like Nier Automata and upcoming games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Half Life Alyx. Would like the option for streaming/recording down the line but not a priority.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)

The best I can get within the budget. Looking for 1440p, >60 FPS, high/ultra settings.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

$2500 including the VR headset, a 1440p 144hz monitor, and a keyboard (preferably Cherry MX Brown switches).

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

United States

Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

Provide any additional details you wish below.

I need a build that supports Wi-Fi for now - we're working on moving things around to get an Ethernet connection, but that's a few weeks out. Also please let me know if you think I'm overspending and should lean back on the budget some - I want quality but I don't want to spend hundreds extra on slight performance bumps.
