I have cramps from hell and want to complain about it

I’m so tired of this disease. I wake up at 3 am because this dick of a uterus decided I should have cramps worse than labor. They come and go like contractions, but when that cramp starts to peak...I am a 9 on the 1-10 pain scale. I am in so much pain; it makes me so nauseated I dry heave. It literally takes my breath away and I couldn’t even yell for help if I wanted to. I full-body sweat. I don’t know how to describe how terrible and miserable it is and in this sub, I don’t have to. I love it!

Bonus for me: I have a disk in my spine which squashing my sciatic nerve and I have arthritis. The cramps wrap all the way around. It’s cold, my hips hurt, and dear god the pain when it squeezes that sciatic nerve!

My boyfriend-husband-partner bought me a heated blanket and I wrap that sucker around my waist, but it’s not enough. PMDD gifts me a terrible Cramps Belt AFTER my period. This is total bullshit. I don’t want it. I would like to return this for store credit.
