Drygores suddenly doubled in price, what did I miss?

Suddenly I noticed a drygore longsword insta-sold on the G.E. for 35m, whilst being 20m. What just happened?

Someone said there was something in TH upgrading the drygores, but I can't find anything in the TH promo's/items yet that does this.
