Navigationbar broken after update

I figured i should update my phone since i havent done it in a while. I download and install it and after reset i only have my back button on my navigation bar. How to fix? i have tried enabling and disabling stuff in the settings for navigaton bar.

edit: the drop down menu doesnt work either.
