Where does Russia supply its avionics CPU & GPU from?

Hi everyone, I am a mech. eng. with very little knowledge about electronics and few days ago I was thinking how Russians manage to operate their own avionics since all the CPU&GPUs are designed by NATO countries. Do Russians have their own chip technology or do they supply it from China (Not sure if China has its own chipset tho, lol)?
