MIL and my photos

MIL and FIL came over on Friday to watch college football. Mostly it was fine. After she left I noticed something.

We have an upright table top photo album. It's a flip through style that stands up and displays two horizontal 4x6 photos at a time. We have lots of pictures of friends and family in there. We also have some photos of our wedding. I don't really display our wedding photos in our house.

So when I looked up and saw that the album was opened to a picture of our wedding, where we are posing with just her side of the family, I knew it was her.

MIL came over to my house and changed my photo display to a photo of herself/her family. Before that, it was displaying a picture of me kissing my husband. I like to keep it open to pictures from our 20s when we first started dating.

Edit: weird bonus story:

So, there's this commercial where two parents are State fans and they have a baby. The punchline of the commercial is that the baby is a fan of the rival team, and the baby says "State stinks!" My MIL's response is to that commercial: "That kid needs spanked." It did not seem like she was joking. The kid in the commercial is a toddler. My husband thinks that's the craziest thing she said and over all it was a "good visit".
