T-Mobile 4th line on us with Amplified plan?

Just signed up for T-Mobile due to the $700 Costco gift card offer - and found I am eligible for the Amplified plan through work - but I signed up and got the 4th line on us promotion too.

Would I be able to upgrade service on my lines from Magenta to Amplified without losing the 4th line on us bonus?
