Any suggestions on what to pack? Are giant Bobby pins able to pass on an airport?

My school is traveling to Guadalajara for an RAD exam and I don't wanna forget a thing. If anyone has any essentials or recommendations on what to pack we would be very grateful. We are doin Intermediate Foundation and we will have to buy some things when we arrive.

The Bobby pin thing I just don't know. Can you document them or are you able to go through with as many as you like? We don't plan on documenting but we can ask a girl who is leaving earlier and who is going to document a suitcase
