Strangely low UsenetExpress retention. Binaries with <100 days failing. Thoughts?

I have NewDemon (ND) and UsenetExpress (UE), both unlimited. I was doing some tests and saw that UE had some missing binaries, new and old, so this isn't a simple and common case of DMCA requests taking down content in one backbone, but leaving it alive for some more days/weeks in others, until they are put down there too. I never noticed this before because my NZBGet setup is configured to try ND first and if fail try UE, but due to BF deals I was doing some changes and had to rely on UE alone for some days and saw that strange behavior.

I cropped the filenames due to sub rules, but they are quite popular movies, and they are just an example, I tried to download other files and they failed in UE too.

  • Recent (<100 days) binary
    • UE: Failed (#1, #2)
    • ND: Success (#1, #2)
  • Old (> 650 days) binary
    • UE: Failed (#1, #2)
    • ND: Success (#1, #2)

Thoughts on why this is happening on UE?
