Erasmus in Italy

Hey guys, I’m not sure this is where I should be asking this question, but I’m hoping someone can help me. I’m planning on studying in Italy for a semester but I’m not sure which are the best universities in the country. I’m studying journalism/communications in my hometown, so which Italian universities are particularly good in that field?

Also, I intend on learning how to speak Italian before going, but I would prefer to have classes in English. Where do Erasmus students usually go?
