Any xp with OCing RAM when all 4 RAM slots are filled?

I just ordered this RAM package from Crucial https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/bls4k8g4d30aesek for roughly 95 USD.

Does anyone have experience overclocking RAM when all 4 slots are filled? Do you think 3600 MHz at 16 CL could be possible on Ryzen 3600?
