Super Dry in New "Old" House - Trying to Understand ERV
So I bought an older house that seems to have a great furnace and lots of other great features.
The house has an Van ERV 60H and a "Platinum" (very basic) Wall control. The house is also EXTREMELY dry. I'm reading soooo much conflicting into about running ERVS, yet most people conclude they do help with dryness in the winter, especially in colder climates... Yet, I'm having trouble finding the right settings here.
Any advice for me?
I've tried reading the manual and turning on "Smart" mode which is supposed to measure the outdoors and relative humidity but I'm not sure it's doing anything?
Thanks in advance!
