Question about Yamaha HS8

Hey folks dumb post incoming

First of all im not a music producer but i was thinking of buying Yamaha HS8's just for listening music. I mainly listen to edm so thats why i came here. I was thinking if i wanted to hear the whole song in any genre (like all of the deep bass and such), can the Yamaha HS8's do that or should i buy HS7's with a subwoofer?

Hope i can get answers before this gets removed :)
