How do you kick-start a new Electron application? Any boilerplate or custom-made?

Last time I worked with Electron I tried Electron Forge & electron-webpack. So wanted to ask how do you guys setup Electron? Last time was a bit of pain to follow the structure because I wanted to use “import” & setting up was a big time-sink
