Locked rooms, hidden secrets?

So in the first division there's a contaminated Zone on the corner of 8th Avenue and West 24th Street and inside the contaminated Zone on the first floor of the building there is a door that asks for a picklock, and every time I picklocked it it doesn't open but the map shows that there's like 4 things inside, how do i open the door to get my stuff?
