Stupid Teacher Tricks - your sound needs to be ON!

I am mortified. The student had trouble hearing me, I had her put in headphones, I called the fireman and he did all the things . . . he's like, hmm, teacher IT, and I freaking realize my sound is muted. I quickly typed, it's fixed! and we were able to do class and finish all the slides. I'm so mad at myself because I was so well-prepared for this class, lol.

Please, oh please, don't cancel your next class or leave negative feedback! This is an easy student, I need her, lol.
