Dualtron Spider Limited and user weight

Ok so I am not decided yet what shall I buy next. And I just got the info that at my weight (95kg) the spider will feel... numb and cannot be driven other than like a grandpa.

What are your opinions? I need something faster than 50km/h, lighter than 30 kg ( I need to lift it on stairs daily) and cheaper than a rion race.
