Forge powerful frames and shaders

Since all the forges are in a single rotating playlist I have two questions:

• I thought I read before that curated rolls drop from any forge now. Is this true?

-if so, do you still need to forge one of the specific weapons at their specific forge to get that forges shader to drop (example forging auto rifle, machine gun, or sword at volunder to get Rasmussen clan shader)? Or can you get it on any weapons and/or armor that you forge there?
