Transwomen, how quickly did you begin seeing changes after beginning HRT?

I have now been on hormones (100 mg Spiro a day, 4 mg Estradiol a day) for a little under two months and having spoken with my girlfriend, who is also trans, as well as ready many of the timelines, I feel like I have had incredibly fast results, namely beginning stages of breast development and sensitivity, softening of skin, and all around general mental/mood improvements. I'm curious as to how long it took some of you to get these similar results, seeing as how my girlfriend first experienced these things about three to four months into HRT.
