Leaving internal transfer role within a year?

I have requested for an internal role only to realize that the job was not something I was able to stomach. The job’s been giving me anxiety for the 4 months that I have been there and I am starting to think about leaving.

Reason: Not enough support given and realizing front office is not something that I want to do

What I am concerned about is burning bridges and explaining to prospective new employees on my decision to leave an internal transfer role so quickly. Wonder if anyone had any similar experience to share?
