I swear the eastern European block has the least cooperative players in the West

I don't know what it is, but eastern European players who play on Nordic & East have the worst approach to the game possible. A lot of them refuse to cooperate in any way, they very rarely speak good enough English to even talk to anyone so they spam random sentences in their own language, which usually involves words like "kurwa" or "cyka blyat" or "jebane". So no communcation possible, their mentality is already set to "I don't give a shit about anyone on my team and I don't care about this game, but I'll still play it because I have nothing better to do in life".

Nordic & East is quite possibly the worst region in the West.
