Sick Baby Corn Snake

Hi! My sister owns a small baby corn snake she got about 2 months ago. She came to us with remnants of a bad shed since she was covered in stuck shed. We gave her a bath and thought that was the end of it but apparently not. Fast forward to now and we had a horrible shed and two weeks later we are still having a hard time getting stuck shed off. She has regurgitated her pinkie mouse for the second time (not the last feed but the feed before that she did the same). We are in need of some serious help! Can we give her different foods that are easier to digest? Or do we need to cut up her pinkies? What about the stuck sheds?
