$10 Home Game (NEED HELP)

I have been running home games for about a year now and I just think that I could optimize it better. Everyone starts with 53 chips, 20 white at .05 each, 20 red at .10 each, 8 blue at .25 each, and 5 black at $1 each. Blinds are .05/.10, .10/.25, .25/.50, and .50/$1. The buy in is $10 and we normally have 6 players. I also would like to try and keep the games at 2-3 hours. I have 1000 chips (200 white, red, blue, green, black) and would love to use more than 300 of them. I have searched al over for calculators and I can’t seem to find anything that will help me.
