Advice on calories

Hey friends!

I use the app Keto to track my calories and carbs.

Background stats:

I'm 5 foot even, weighed in this morning at 112.6 (7 pounds from my goal weight!), and I think I'm lightly active.

My questions are on my activity level vs calorie/carb intake.

I have the app set to sedentary activity level. However I do go to my local gym and do cardio at least 3 times a week, with a goal of 5 times a week (some strength training mixed in depending on how tired I am.)

My cardio is 30 to 45 minutes on the treadmill, I jack up the incline as high as it'll go (15) and my mph is between 3.5 and 4 (I try to do 4mph for at least 20 minutes straight). My end goal is 350 calories burned (and I know those calculators on the treadmill aren't always accurate but that's the number I always reach to at least, some days I'll do 500).

My job is retail, 40 to 45 hours a week. I work in a deli in a grocery store. My shifts are 9 hours (1 hour lunch). I'm not standing in one place the entire time, but I don't consider this as strenuous as the gym. But it's not a desk job either.

The app has me eating 1,061 calories a day with a 13g carb limit. Most days I'm fine with 2 big meals, lunch and dinner. My eating times vary because retail life, but I do IF as best I can.

So my question is, do I set my activity level to lightly active (which will put me at 1,296 calories a day and 16g carbs), or try to maintain this level? As I said, most days I'm fine. But other days I'm hungrier than usual. Ravenous almost.

I'm just scared of gaining or not reaching my goals. And I also realize I'm more likely to say fuck it and overeat if I get hangry enough. Last night was hard and I guess I'm looking for advice and solidarity.

Is 1,061 and 13g carbs sustainable? Or am I being stupid? Halp.

Thanks for reading this wall of text.
