Talking

Hi so I am talking to this girl tht I am in this program with. This the problem every time I text her it's like I get a response 2-3hrs later. Sometimes I have to respond to her twice to get a response mind you I've told her twice we can stop talking and Everytime time I say that she says Yes and I asked those she have interest in me and she says Yes I've tried to call once but she didtn answer . I hate that I have to carry the convo and feel like a simp
